Shipping policy

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Please allow 3–7 business days of processing time before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once it's on its way.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. Please note that factors outside our control — such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays — may occasionally affect delivery times. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, as this is ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? Yes! You may cancel your order penalty-free within 24 hours of placing it. If your order has already shipped, simply email us with the subject line "CANCEL" and we'll do our best to assist you.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS — WHAT DO I DO? Reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct address. We can update it within 24 hours of your order being placed, so please don't delay.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED Every order is packed with extra care and padding. In the rare event your item arrives damaged (roughly 1 in 1,000 orders), please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged item

We'll send a replacement at no charge.
